Job Summary

Attend project meetings and coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure architectural works meet quality, specifications, code requirements, and project timelines within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination of architectural matters with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with quality standards and workmanship
• Actively participate in consultant and site meetings with the Project Team to align project goals and monitor progress
• Monitor and verify project adherence to specifications, building codes, and regulatory requirements to maintain compliance
• Manage project timelines and budgets by tracking progress, identifying issues, and implementing corrective actions to ensure on-time and within-budget completion
