Senior Applications Programmer (Qualtrics)

Job Requirements:

. Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.

. Must have minimum 8-10 years of Hands-on experience in QualtricsXM and XM Discover with implementation, configuration and technical supportexperience.

. Must have minimum 5 years of experience in API integrationsand system connectivity

. Must have experience in Automated Workflow

. Must have experience in Data handling & Data analysis

. Must have experience in BI or Analytics Tools like PowerBI

. Experience in Microsoft Office & Collaboration/ticketingtools - Confluence and Jira

. Experience working with Cross Functional Teams and handlingmultiple stakeholders

. Good to have Project Management certifications (PMP orPrince2), Experience Management and design related certifications

. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
