Senior Application Support Analyst

Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Senior Application Support Analyst based in Singapore. The individual will provide critical technical and application support to ensure seamless operations of Wise AI's software solutions. Responsibilities include resolving technical issues, troubleshooting system problems, analyzing data, and working collaboratively across teams to enhance service reliability. The role requires strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and teams. While the majority of tasks are performed in the office, some remote work is also possible.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Application Support and Technical Support, with experience troubleshooting and resolving software issues.
• Strong Analytical Skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems efficiently.
• Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in a hybrid environment, with the ability to balance in-office and remote responsibilities.
• Familiarity with health-related applications or technologies is an advantage.
• Relevant certifications or a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
