Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2 application support for enterprise systems
- Monitor and ensure daily application health checks before business hours
- Analyse and resolve incidents, problems, and service requests
- Log and document support activities using JIRA or ticketing tools
- Communicate with end users via phone, email, and chat
- Collaborate with project, infrastructure, and production teams to resolve issues
- Track and report escalated incidents (weekly / ad-hoc reporting)
- Support and guide junior team members on operational best practices
- Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and support standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
- Minimum 6 years of experience in application support, production support, or development
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills, with ability to translate technical issues to non-technical users
- Experience supporting applications within Corporate IT, IT Security, HR systems, or similar domains
- Familiar with application servers and production environments
- Understanding of deployment processes / CI-CD pipelines
- Working knowledge of database scripting (e.g., SQL)
- Experience with scripting or programming languages
- ITIL certification preferred
- Certification in Cybersecurity (Nice to have)
Work Schedule (Shift-Based)
- Asia Shift: 8:45 AM - 6:30 PM (SGT)
- EMEA Shift: 3:30 PM - 1:00 AM (SGT, next day)
- On-Call (Weekdays): 1:00 AM - 8:45 AM (rotation)
- On-Call (Weekends/Public Holidays): Rotation basis
- Weekend support: Rotation required
