We are looking for an experienced Senior Application Support Engineer with strong expertise in integration support. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in application support or development in Python, SQL, Unix, Java, AWS, and Git.
- Handle P1, P2, and P3 incidents, perform troubleshooting, debugging, and log analysis to meet SLA targets.
- Lead and participate in bridge calls during critical incidents, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures to reduce recurring issues.
- Manage user accounts, ensuring proper access control and security compliance.
- Support deployments in Production and UAT environments.
- Evaluate and test APIs using tools like Postman and Rest Client for seamless integrations.
- Work with SQL queries for data validation, campaign tracking, and issue resolution.
- Administer Linux systems, troubleshoot OS-level issues, and automate tasks using shell scripting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of application support procedures, incident resolutions, and system configurations.
- Basic knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD) is a plus
