- Provide Level 1 and 2 application support to business users (Sales, Middle Office, Back Office).
- Manage incidents, requests, and daily batch monitoring to ensure timely resolution.
- Perform root cause analysis and coordinate with build teams for problem resolution.
- Prepare KPI reports and maintain application knowledge base.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and 24x7 support model.
Must-Have Skillsets
- Minimum 8 years of experience in application support or development, preferably in financial services.
- Strong knowledge of Capital Markets (FX, fixed income, derivatives, equities).
- Proficiency in SQL and Unix/Linux scripting.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Geneos, Elastic, Splunk, Datadog).
- Good understanding of broker/clearing platforms and financial market systems (e.g., Murex, Bloomberg, Reuters).
- Strong incident, problem, and request management skills (ITIL exposure preferred).
- Ability to work under pressure, manage SLAs/KPIs, and communicate effectively with stakeholders
