Job Description

Our client is the market leader in semiconductor test systems and equipment.

The Senior Application Engineer is responsible for providing both pre-sales and post-sales technical support in semiconductor testing. This role plays a critical part in ensuring customer satisfaction and strengthening the company's position as the preferred testing platform.

Reporting to: Manager

【Responsibilities】
- Manage projects involving the development, conversion, and delivery of test programs and test libraries based on customer requirements
- Provide technical consultation and support on hardware and software solutions for customer projects and production needs
- Deliver post-sales support, including test methodology development, enhancements, and modifications
- Recommend improvements for test hardware/software features and conduct audits where necessary
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues such as correlation discrepancies, test time optimization, yield issues, RTE errors, and system hang-ups
- Conduct application training, knowledge transfer, and skill development sessions for customers

Requirement

【Requirements & Preferences】
(Must)
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and/or Electronics Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in the IC testing industry
- Strong knowledge of digital and mixed-signal test methodologies
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java and C++ scripting knowledge
- Experience with the 93000 platform
- Hands-on experience in test program development and production/test floor environments
- Willingness to travel occasionally, including short-notice business trips
