Responsibilities:
- The main technical contact for key customers, ensuring complete solutions using company products.
- Identify training needs and deliver technical training to subsidiaries and customers.
- Maintain and update training materials, application notes, and technical documentation.
- Support sales teams with demos, technical data, and customer negotiation assistance.
- Train and support customers and subsidiaries on company products.
- Serve as product expert, tailoring solutions to customer needs.
- Handle commissioning, testing, and product demonstrations.
- Provide ongoing technical support for new applications.
- Develop best practices and improve product usage.
- Recommend product improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's / Master's in Electronics, Mechatronics, Physics Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 3 - 5 years of experience in field or applications support.
- Mechatronics or machine design experience is a plus.
- Proficient in C/C++, C#, MATLAB, Python or similar.
- Autonomous, results-driven, proactive, and customer-focused.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Organized, rigorous, works well under pressure.
- Knowledge of control / regulation theory.
