The Role
As a Senior Application Development Manager, Treasury & Financial Systems, you will own and drive the end-to-end technology strategy and execution for automating Triple-A's financial and treasury operations. This role sits at the intersection of application development, product strategy, finance, treasury, FX, and crypto, working very closely with our Finance and Treasury teams as well as dedicated engineering teams.

You will be responsible not only for product ownership and strategic direction, but also for overseeing the acquisition, architecture, development, and delivery of software systems and internal platforms. These platforms will cover everything from partner reconciliation and settlement, to forecasting automation, liquidity management, FX optimization, and broader treasury technology enablement.

This is a senior, hands-on leadership role with full ownership across discovery, technical strategy, development execution, launch, governance, and continuous optimisation.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the acquisition and development of software systems in organisational units.
• Monitor the results and quality of the different software solutions and projects implemented in the organisation.
• Oversee the development of Proof-of-Concept/ solutions and provide technical expertise on the development of software and platform features, ensuring that appropriate security and risk factors are considered.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for treasury and finance-related products, from conception to execution and iteration.
• Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for automating financial operations across the organization.
• Translate complex treasury, finance, and FX requirements into clear, actionable product requirements.
• Work very closely with Finance and Treasury teams to deeply understand operational workflows, constraints, and regulatory considerations.
• Partner with engineering teams to deliver high-quality, reliable, and scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with compliance, risk, and operations stakeholders where required.
• Write clear product specs and acceptance criteria.
• Drive delivery, manage trade-offs, and ensure timely execution.
• Own post-launch performance, adoption, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• 7 - 9+ years of experience in Application Development / Product Management
• Strong prior exposure to finance, treasury, FX, payments, or crypto.
• Demonstrated ability to work on financial systems, reconciliations, settlements, or forecasting tools.
• MBA strongly preferred, especially with a focus on finance, strategy, or operations.
• Strong analytical mindset with comfort working with financial data and models.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills - able to bridge finance and engineering seamlessly.
• High ownership mentality with a bias toward execution.
