HRnetGroup is seeking a seasoned Senior Software Engineer to drive the digital transformation of our HR, payroll, and engagement ecosystems. In this role, you won't just write code; you will play a pivotal part in optimizing internal workflows and enhancing how we engage with candidates and clients across the APAC region.
The Role & Team
Our Tech team is currently on an ambitious journey to migrate our legacy HR systems into a modern, scalable architecture. You will be a key contributor to this evolution, taking ownership of core modules and shaping the future of our internal tech offerings.
- Architect & Modernize: Design and re-develop modules as we transition from legacy systems to a modern tech stack.
- Backend Excellence: Build and maintain high-performance RESTful APIs using C# and .NET Core.
- Data Integrity: Work extensively with MS SQL Server and Entity Framework ORM.
- Ownership: Take end-to-end responsibility for your assigned modules, from troubleshooting to feature enhancement.
- Collaboration: Act as a technical subject matter expert, liaising with stakeholders and conducting training sessions for new features.
Requirements
- Experience: 710 years of professional experience in .NET C# development, with a strong focus on Web technologies.
- API Mastery: Proven expertise in developing and maintaining robust REST APIs.
- Database Skills: Deep experience with Entity Framework or similar OR Mapping frameworks.
- Frontend Exposure: Experience with TypeScript and modern frameworks (Angular, VueJS, or React) is a significant plus.
- Soft Skills: Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
