We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior APP Operations Specialist to support the growth and operations of our educational learning application. This role requires hands-on experience in app marketing and operations, with a strong interest in education, language learning, or digital products.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute Growth & Marketing Strategies
- Plan and implement omnichannel marketing initiatives across app stores (ASO),digital advertising, content marketing, social media, and community platforms to drive user acquisition and brand awareness.
Drive App Growth & User Lifecycle Management
- Support end-to-end app operations, including user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
- Optimize in-app user journeys, funnels, and feature adoption to improve conversion rates and user engagement.
Content & Campaign Execution
- Develop and execute in-app content strategies and marketing campaigns tailored to Chinese language learners.
- Manage online campaigns(e.g., content, livestreams, community engagement) and support offline events and industry activities.
User Engagement & Community Operations
- Manage user communities and feedback channels to enhance user experience and retention.
- Implement user segmentation and targeted engagement strategies to improve user value.
Data Analysis & Performance Optimization
- Track and analyse key metrics such as downloads, DAU/MAU, retention, and campaign ROI.
- Identify performance gaps and continuously optimize marketing channels, content, and conversion funnels.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis
- Monitor industry trends, user needs, and competitor strategies within the education and language learning space.
- Contribute insights to refine product positioning and growth strategies.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product and tech teams to translate user feedback and data insights into product improvements and feature enhancements.
Operational Execution & Continuous Improvement
- Independently manage assigned projects from planning to execution and reporting.
- Continuously review performance and propose actionable improvements to drive business growth.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Education, or related field.
- 2-5years of relevant experience in app operations, digital marketing, or growth roles (experience in education, e-learning, or language apps is highly preferred).
- Hands-on experience with social media, content marketing, or paid ads.
- Basic understanding of app growth, ASO, and user funnels.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase, or similar) is an advantage.
- Strong interest in Chinese language learning or education industry.
- Good command of English and Chinese (to support content and user engagement).
- Responsible, proactive, and able to execute tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.
