The Senior Account Manager is responsible for driving continued success across the APAC region through effective management of key strategic accounts and the strengthening of the company's market position. The role is focused on accelerating growth across both sales and service, ensuring remains the preferred brand in the region.
This position develops and executes strategic initiatives that support sustained long-term growth, while creating and delivering compelling value propositions, engagement approaches, and executive-level presentations to secure new business and expand existing customer relationships.
Strategic Account Leadership
- Own and grow APAC strategic accounts with a long-term value and lifecycle focus
- Serve as the senior escalation point and trusted advisor for key customers
- Align regional account execution with the Global Strategic Account team
Regional Growth & Market Positioning
- Lead and execute APAC strategic initiatives to drive revenue and market share
- Position as the preferred provider for oil-free chiller, service, and lifecycle solutions
- Influence consultants, contractors, end-users, and key decision-makers
Customer Insight & Value Creation
- Build deep understanding of customer needs and buying journeys
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and inform product innovation
- Formulate compelling value propositions to secure new and expanded business
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product Management, R&D, Engineering, and regional teams to tailor solutions
- Ensure internal alignment across customer requirements, market needs, and delivery capabilities
Commercial Performance
- Deliver agreed sales and growth targets across assigned strategic accounts and regions
- Proactively manage risks, issues, and escalations to protect customer and business outcomes
Requirement:
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience, with a strong portion in sales, strategic accounts, or channel management
- Proven track record managing large, complex accounts and channel partners
- Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong capability in managing long-cycle, high-value, consultative sales processes
- Excellent commercial, financial, and negotiation acumen
- Proven experience selling, HVAC systems, or complex technical solutions preferred.
- Experience with chillers, data centre cooling is highly desirable
