We are looking for a Senior Analyst, Supply Chain to join our team.
S/he will be responsible for analyzing, modeling, and optimizing our end-to-end supply chain to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve resilience. The incumbent will leverage data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improvement, lead cross-functional projects, and support the implementation of best-in-class supply chain processes. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with a deep understanding of supply chain principles and a passion for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a suite of KPIs and dashboards to monitor supply chain performance across planning, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on key metrics (e.g., On-Time-In-Full (OTIF), inventory turnover, manufacturing yield, total delivered cost) to identify root causes of variance and performance gaps.
- Analyze global logistics data to optimize transportation modes, routes, and carrier performance.
- Lead and participate in value stream mapping and process improvement initiatives to eliminate waste and enhance flow within the supply chain.
- Model what-if scenarios to evaluate the impact of changes in demand, sourcing strategies, or production planning.
- Support the deployment of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and tools across the global supply chain network.
- Identify and quantify opportunities for cost savings and service level improvements.
- Act as a key liaison between Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Commercial teams to ensure alignment and data integrity.
- Lead or co-lead projects focused on supply chain digitization, S&OP (Sales & Inventory Operations Planning) process enhancement, and network optimization.
- Prepare and present clear, concise reports and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
- Serve as a super-user for key supply chain systems (ERP, e.g., SAP; Advanced Planning Systems; BI tools like Power BI or Tableau).
- Identify opportunities to enhance system capabilities and support the implementation of new supply chain technologies.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in a supply chain analytics, continuous improvement, or operations research role, preferably within a global manufacturing environment (FMCG, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, or related industries).
- Proven expertise in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL).
- Strong experience with ERP systems; SAP S/4HANA or APO/IBP experience is highly desirable.
- Demonstrable experience in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt).
- Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
