Senior Analyst, Operation (Data Management)

The Senior Analyst - Operations (Data Management) ensures the accuracy, integrity, and completeness of operational data in the CRM system while supporting commission and production reporting. The role involves working closely with IT and insurers to access system data, update CRM records, maintain performance dashboards, and ensure daily operational reporting is accurate and timely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with IT and internal teams to access insurer systems to extract production reports.

• Pull data from insurers systems and ensure accurate updating of CRM records, including policy details, client information, and historical data.

• Manage all CRM data, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and alignment with business rules.

• Support the preparation and reconciliation of commission statements and production reports from insurers.

• Maintain and update performance dashboards to track KPIs, sales performance, and operational metrics.

• Prepare and ensure timely delivery of daily submission reports to stakeholders.

• Perform data quality checks (QC) to maintain high data integrity across systems.

• Collaborate with respective teams to ensure seamless data flow and reporting.

• Participate in ad hoc projects and initiatives related to data management, operational reporting, and process improvement.

• Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and data security standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.

• 2-4 years of experience in data management, operations, or business analysis, preferably in financial services or insurance.

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.

• Strong communication skills, able to present data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Familiarity with operational processes in insurance, banking, or financial services is an advantage.

• High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality.
