Senior Analyst – Payments Transformation

Lead business analysis for payment platform transformation from legacy monolith systems to microservices-based architecture.

Define functional requirements and solution specifications for SWIFT MT/MX, CBPR+, ISO 20022 HVPS+, RTGS, RTP, ACH and cross-border payment rails.

Manage end-to-end requirements, data validation, and regulatory alignment for vendor exit and core payment platform migration programmes.

Prepare BRDs, FSDs, user stories, API specifications, data models, interface mappings and prioritised backlogs using Jira and Azure DevOps.

Conduct stakeholder workshops with operations, technology, product, compliance, enterprise architecture and client service teams.

Support UI/UX design for payment processing dashboards, enquiry portals, exception queues, reference data, reporting and downtime maintenance screens.

Drive UAT, deployment readiness, issue resolution and continuous enhancement for regional and cross-border payment transformation initiatives.
