How you'll make an impact:
Transparency Reporting & Regulatory Compliance
- Review, audit and remediate HCP/HCO transactions with a focus on Japan and Asia Pacific reporting, ensuring compliance with local laws and applicable industry codes (e.g., Japan's JPMA, Australia's MTAA, etc.).
- Monitor and document changes in regional reporting requirements and liaise with regulatory agencies and industry associations as needed.
Data Analysis & Validation
- Working with cross-functional business owners to resolve data issues, ensuring data is accurately collected and entered to the applicable source system, managing data reconciliation activities between the data repository and disclosure reporting.
- Managing day-to-day disclosure activities during reporting period, investigate and managing remediation of any data issues identified.
- Test and validate data between visualization tools and source systems.
- Collaborate with IT and data governance teams to remediate data issues and enhance data integrity.
Business Partnering & Training
- Assist in communicating and training local business stakeholders on regional requirements for HCP transactions and accurate classification of payment categories.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure consistent application of compliance policies and procedures.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Conduct risk‑based compliance monitoring activities, including sample selection, transactional testing, documentation verification, and preparation of monitoring insights/dashboards to identify trends, potential policy gaps, and areas requiring remediation.
- Partnering with cross functional business owners to create new business processes or close gaps in existing processes, identifying process gaps and working with appropriate Functions on corrective measures.
- Creating and maintaining documentation for new and existing transparency processes, mapping upstream/source data processes to review for opportunities and improvement related to transparency data capture.
- Respond to inquiries concerning HCP reported data and follow up with appropriate personnel to resolve discrepancies.
What else we look for (Preferred):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Compliance, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Compliance transparency reporting, data analytics or data governance, preferably in the life sciences or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of Healthcare Professional reporting frameworks and regional regulatory environments in JAPAC.
- Proficiency in data tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, etc.) and experience with Medispend, IQVIA and MDM systems.
- Detailed oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting data findings and compliance issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience working with cross-border data privacy regulations.
- Familiarity with ECLM systems and compliance workflows.
