Senior Analyst/AVP

Data management

• Handle periodic exercises, such as data update or data-cleanup
• Consolidate and reconcile deal pipeline
• Support for project initiatives for data analytics

Internal control for APAC region

• Budget and expense management
• Proper maintenance of procedure manuals
• Control exceptional handling, delegation, ID, authority etc
• Support for project initiatives to improve work process efficiency, productivity and prepare new process for new project.
• Control various process including audit / compliance / administration
• Schedule management for JBAP management (backup for PIC)

Job Requirement

• Degree holder or equivalent
• 5 years of experience in working in bank industry in corporate banking with exposure to data management and internal controls
• Technical Competencies: Skill of Microsoft Office : Excel, Access, Power-Point
• Good communication and interpersonal skills working with various internal stakeholders within the department and regional planning department.
• Independent. Eager to learn, Willingness to take on additional tasks when required.    
• Proficienc in Japanese langauge is advantages as there will be reports and communication with Head Office in Japanese
