Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

The Senior Analyst will be a human resources data specialist, accountable for delivering high quality and effective client servicing, day-to-day account management and customer service.

As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients as a Senior Analyst by delivering innovative and effective solutions, leveraging data from the Radford McLagan Compensation Database (RMCD).

  • Onboard clients to Aon's proprietary human capital survey platform, providing participation support, including job matching, sales account renewals, platform training and orientation to client, responding to client queries on our participation processes and other account management activities.
  • Review client and market data to ensure quality data deliverables
  • Provide analytics support and generate actionable insights for client projects
  • Synthesize and communicate large data into key findings and identify related business / human resource issues
  • Develop and maintain positive customer relations through regular and proactive communication.
  • Recognize, understand and translate client questions, comments and requests into potential opportunities for supplemental report sales or consulting assignments.
  • Ensure diligent tracking of the client participation details by capturing accurate information in the tracker on a timely manner, including sharing of the updates to the wider SEA data solutions team during the monthly meetings.
  • Support Aon's database growth initiatives

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • 1-3 years of humanresources, account management, compensation survey management, client servicing or other related industry experience.
  • Ability to work as an integral part of a team, fostering teamwork and cultivating relationships, as well as work independently or with minimal direction
  • Must be a motivated self-starter who is well organized with the ability to multi-task.
  • Organization skills and detail oriented. Attention to detail is crucial.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel (macros a plus), Powerpoint and Word
  • Processing spreadsheets, database management, and strong customer service skills
  • Articulate and possess excellent command in written & spoken English.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written

Preferred Experience:

  • Work experience in surveys and/or compensation design.
  • Prior experience with managing large datasets, identifying trends and generating insights
  • Prior experience in client-facing positions.
  • Proficient in Excel related applications (eg PowerBI, VBA)
