Job Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document AML workflow requirements across multiple business units.
• Analyse current processes and design future state workflows, ensuring scalability, compliance, and operational efficiency improvements.
• Define detailed functional and non-functional requirements, supporting system integration, data mapping, and migration activities.
• Collaborate with teams, architects, and testers to validate solutions, review specifications, and ensure delivery alignment.
• Support testing phases including SIT and UAT, manage risks, and ensure implementation and deployment outcomes.

Job Requirements

• 10+ years banking experience with exposure to AML, KYC, compliance programs, and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven experience as a business analyst delivering large-scale transformation programs within leading financial institutions.
• Hands-on experience with workflow systems, requirements documentation, process modelling, and end-to-end delivery lifecycle.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive decisions with minimal supervision.
• Experience in AML, KYC, compliance with understanding of data, systems integration, and regulatory reporting requirements.
