Our client is looking for a proactive and self-motivated Senior Executive to support the implementation of the Firm's Alliance & Partnership (A&P) strategy. Reporting to the A&P Lead, this role focuses on strategic planning, integrated marketing, and managing relationships with the Firm's Centers of Influence (COIs), Industry Verticals, and Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs).
Roles and Responsibilities:
This role focuses on translating the A&P strategy into actionable and measurable marketing plans:
A&P Plan Management: Work closely with A&P lead to manage, execute and ensure alignment of the overarching Alliances & Partnership plan across all strategic pillars (COIs, Verticals, IHLs).
Joint Marketing Execution: Lead and execute joint marketing campaigns in collaboration with vertical working group and key external alliance partners to drive market penetration within target sectors.
Strategic Marketing: Develop and implement the COI plan to build the Firm's profile.
COI Engagement: Drive internal and external engagement by supporting the the marketing efforts for COIs, working closely with relationship teams.
Employer Branding/IHL Marketing: Design and implement marketing campaigns focused on Employer Branding in collaboration with the People & Talent (HR) function.
Integrated Campaign Delivery: Ensure execution of all marketing plans by coordinating efforts with the Marcom and Digital Marketing teams.
ROI management: Manage and track the ROI for all key COI events and marketing campaigns, focusing on the lead generation and referrals.
Qualifications:
Degree in Marketing, Business Management or a related field.
3 to 6 years of experience in strategic marketing, alliance management.
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that involve multiple internal and external partners.
Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships, excellent organisational skills, and a focus on driving measurable business outcomes.
