Job Description: We are looking for a senior algorithm engineer specializing in RAW Night / RAW HDR / RAW MFNR. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in image processing and computer vision, and can lead architecture design and key algorithm development for production deployment under on-device constraints.
Responsibilities:
- Own the overall solution and architecture planning for RAW multi-frame features and drive production delivery;
- Develop and continuously optimize core multi-frame algorithms to improve quality, robustness, and consistency;
- Drive hybrid adoption of traditional imaging algorithms and AI modules;
- Optimize performance on device and ensure scalability across platforms and device tiers;
- Collaborate cross-functionally with camera software/ISP/system/QA/product teams for evaluation, debugging, and releases.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree or above in Computer Vision, Image Processing, Machine Learning, or related fields;
- Solid experience in RAW multi-frame imaging (Night/HDR/MFNR), preferably with production track record;
- Familiar with ISP/camera pipeline and RAW/YUV characteristics;
- Strong mathematical and engineering foundation with solid problem-solving ability;
- Proficient in C/C++ with hands-on mobile optimization experience;
- Understand AI algorithms and their applicable scenarios, and can integrate AI with traditional pipelines effectively;
- Plus: hands-on on-device production deployment experience in one or more modules related to tone mapping, alignment/registration, fusion/merge, and denoising;
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and ownership.
