Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible and hands-on Senior Aircon Technician to oversee ductwork fabrication and installation, coordinate site teams, and ensure quality and safety standards are maintained across multiple project sites. The role also involves interpreting technical drawings, managing inventory, and supporting smooth project execution.
Responsibilities
- Carry out ductwork fabrication, installation, and modification in accordance with project drawings and specifications
- Lead and supervise site technicians to ensure proper workmanship and timely completion of works
- Interpret technical drawings and coordinate duct routing, sizing, and layout on site
- Perform inspection, testing, and troubleshooting of duct systems to ensure optimal performance
- Monitor and manage inventory of materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to ensure smooth workflow
- Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with safety regulations and company standards
- Handle maintenance, repair, and replacement of duct systems when required
- Provide on-site technical guidance and training to junior technicians
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in air-conditioning ductwork is required
- Possess Class 3 driving licence is an advantage
- Basic computer skills for reporting and scheduling
- Responsible, independent and able to work under pressure
Working Hours:
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Overtime:
Able to work overtime when required
