Role Summary
We are hiring a senior professional to play a key role in shaping and scaling AI strategy across the enterprise. The role focuses on research, strategy development, AI adoption, and measuring business impact, with emphasis on Generative AI in the Financial Services sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct external research on AI trends, peer activity, and the competitive landscape.
- Define and refine enterprise-wide AI strategy with a focus on Generative AI use cases.
- Engage senior stakeholders and business leaders to drive AI adoption across business lines.
- Develop and track KPIs to measure ROI and effectiveness of AI initiatives.
- Prepare executive-level reports and recommendations for decision-making.
- Act as a bridge between business, data science, and technology teams to ensure alignment and delivery.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years in strategy, research, consulting, or innovation roles within financial services.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, enterprise AI adoption, and regulatory considerations.
- Experience working with C-level and senior stakeholders on strategic initiatives.
- Strong analytical and business acumen, with ability to quantify impact and articulate value.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and change management skills.
