Bridge the gap between experimental AI research and massive-scale retail operations. You will re-architect and deploy production-ready AI engines that power over 25,000+ retail touchpoints across ASEAN.
Job Responsibilities
- Architect for Scale: Re-engineer existing AI models into modular, portable, and production-ready microservices.
- Hybrid Deployment: Design and maintain robust systems capable of running seamlessly across Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) and On-premise environments.
- Engineering Excellence: Lead the adoption of MLOps best practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing (PyTest), and container orchestration (K8s).
- System Integration: Build AI-driven components that translate complex business logic into high-performance software modules.
- Quality Governance: Conduct deep-dive code reviews to ensure security, maintainability, and sub-second performance at scale.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, AI, Operations Research, or a related technical field.
- 4+ years in AI/ML Engineering or Software Engineering with a proven track record of shipping production systems.
- Proficient in Python and deep experience with Microservices and API Design.
- Hands-on mastery of Docker, Kubernetes (K8s), and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Proficient in SQL/NoSQL (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and workflow tools (e.g., Airflow, Ray, or Prefect).
- Previous experience in Demand Forecasting, Inventory Optimization, or Supply Chain AI is a significant advantage.
