Senior AI Engineer, Data Analytics Assurance

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to help shape and deliver next-generation AI-enabled solutions for Assurance.

This role is ideal for a senior AI professional who combines strong technical expertise with product thinking, stakeholder management, and a practical understanding of responsible AI adoption in enterprise environments.

You will work closely with product, engineering, assurance, and technology teams to help guide the development of scalable, reliable, and trusted AI solutions. You will also play an important role in advising internal teams and clients on emerging AI practices, implementation considerations, and responsible adoption.

What You'll Do

• Lead the exploration and application of emerging AI capabilities for Assurance use cases
• Partner with product and engineering teams to translate business needs into practical AI solution requirements
• Provide technical direction to development teams, helping ensure AI solutions are designed, built, tested, and delivered effectively
• Support the development of AI-enabled products from concept through delivery, with a focus on quality, usability, scalability, and responsible implementation
• Help define good practices for AI solution design, validation, monitoring, and continuous improvement
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify risks, dependencies, and implementation challenges early
• Advise internal stakeholders and clients on AI adoption, including common challenges, risk considerations, governance expectations, and practical implementation approaches
• Stay current with AI market developments, technology trends, regulatory expectations, and enterprise adoption patterns
• Contribute to reusable methods, playbooks, and delivery practices that help scale AI adoption across Assurance
• Act as a bridge between AI strategy, product priorities, engineering execution, and business outcomes

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, data science, software engineering, or applied technology delivery
• Hands-on experience developing, evaluating, or implementing AI-enabled solutions in enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of generative AI, large language models, AI-enabled workflows, or applied machine learning solutions
• Experience working with product and engineering teams to turn complex ideas into practical, deliverable solutions
• Strong understanding of responsible AI, model quality, validation, governance, risk management, and control considerations
• Ability to guide technical teams while maintaining a strong focus on business value and user outcomes
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain AI concepts, risks, and trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• A practical mindset, with the ability to balance innovation, delivery speed, quality, compliance, and long-term scalability.
  

Nice to Have

• Experience in Assurance, audit, risk, compliance, financial services, professional services, or regulated enterprise environments
• Experience advising clients or senior stakeholders on AI adoption, AI risk, governance, or technology transformation
• Experience working with distributed engineering teams
• Familiarity with cloud-based AI platforms, enterprise AI tools, or modern AI development frameworks
• Experience contributing to AI product strategy, delivery governance, testing approaches, or implementation standards
