Senior AI Data Scientist

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced AI Data Scientist to design, build, and deploy production-grade AI solutions using machine learning and Generative AI technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop scalable AI applications that drive business impact.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG, and agent-based architectures.
• Build and maintain AI-powered applications, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Develop scalable backend services and cloud-based AI infrastructure.
• Implement MLOps/AIOps practices, including model deployment, monitoring, and optimisation.
• Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver AI solutions from concept to production.
• Contribute to technical architecture, best practices, and team capability development.

Requirements

• Strong experience building and deploying AI/ML or Generative AI solutions in production environments.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and backend application development.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern software engineering practices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, MLOps, monitoring, and scalable system design.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading projects or mentoring team members is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in AI, machine learning, data science, or software engineering.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions is preferred.
