About Ant International

Ant International is a leading global digital payment and financial technology provider, enabling trusted cross-border commerce and financial connectivity.

The Chief System Assurance Officer (CSAO) organization is responsible for building a Global Sovereign System Assurance Framework to ensure Ant International's cross-border payment systems are Visible, Controllable, Verifiable, Auditable, and Sustainable (VCVAS).

About the Role

As a Senior AI & Cryptographic Assurance Engineer, you will build AI-powered assurance capabilities that continuously establish, validate, and demonstrate trust across Ant International's global payment infrastructure.

Working at the intersection of AI, cybersecurity, cryptography, and distributed systems, you will develop intelligent agents and verification systems that automate the validation of system integrity, cryptographic controls, trusted execution, and regulatory evidence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop AI agents and autonomous workflows for cryptographic assurance and proof-based compliance.
  • Build AI-native verification capabilities to continuously validate system and transaction integrity, cryptographic controls, and trusted execution.
  • Develop automated solutions that generate cryptographically verifiable, regulator-ready audit evidence.
  • Detect integrity violations and support AI-assisted investigation and remediation.
  • Partner with Cryptography, Security Engineering, Platform Engineering, AI Engineering, Infrastructure, and CSAO teams to embed verifiability and trust assurance into system architecture.
  • Contribute to the development of AI-native, proof-based assurance for global and sovereign financial infrastructure.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in cryptography, cybersecurity, AI engineering, distributed systems, platform engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience building AI agents, LLM applications, or autonomous workflows for security, cryptography, infrastructure, or system assurance.
  • Hands-on experience with AI frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, OpenAI Agents SDK, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of RAG, MCP, multi-agent systems, and AI security.
  • Strong knowledge of encryption, digital signatures, KMS, HSM, PKI, secure communication protocols, and key management.
  • Experience building secure and verifiable systems using cryptographic controls, immutable audit logs, or automated compliance evidence.
  • Familiarity with Confidential Computing, TEE, Remote Attestation, ZKP, or PQC is advantageous.
  • Strong programming experience in Python or similar languages, with exposure to Kubernetes, cloud-native security, and secure software development.
  • Experience in financial services, payments, blockchain, or other high-assurance or regulated environments is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
