The Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Administrative Specialist to support our growing operations in the Southeast Asia. You will be responsible for optimizing office operations, enhancing the workplace environment, and implementing efficient administrative systems across the region.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize administrative workflows in the Southeast Asia to maintain an orderly and efficient office environment.
  • Manage office space planning, renovations, and safety compliance.
  • Handle procurement of office supplies and renovation projects, including vendor evaluation and cost control.
  • Overseas employee visa processing, travel bookings, insurance, and other administrative support.
  • Provide executive secretarial support to the CEO, including meal arrangements, visa applications, meeting support, and other daily administrative assistance.
  • Deliver professional front-desk and workplace support services, foster a positive workplace experience, and promote professional workplace standards and company culture across overseas offices.
  • Support local business teams and assist with cross-functional tasks as needed.
  • Complete additional tasks or projects assigned by management.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher. Fluency in English and Chinese.
  • 5–10 years of relevant administrative experience in Singapore, with solid knowledge of Singapore local administrative operations, compliance requirements, and vendor resources.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Excellent problem-solving ability, logical thinking, and basic data analysis skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
