Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative functions, including scheduling, reporting, and improving workflow efficiency.
- Recruit, train, and supervise administrative team members, including performance management

- Monitor office expenses, manage budgets, process vendor payments, and handle procurement.
- Oversee office upkeep, equipment maintenance, and liaise with external vendors.
- Develop and enforce company policies, procedures, and health/safety guidelines.
- Provide administrative support to senior management and facilitate communication across departments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as an administrative manager, office manager, or relevant role.
- Excellent team management and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyse processes for improvements.
Common Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,Management, or related field preferred, though experience may substitute.
