Job Summary
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director, enabling effective sales and operational activities within a small, dynamic fine food distribution company.

We are looking for an administrative assistant to assist the Managing Director in his personal and professional administrative tasks.
We are a small company of about 10 people, in the fine food distribution business. Our Director visits clients and does sales and so will need admin support for these sales activities and some operational activities. (We already have an ops manager so this role will mostly be just supporting the director.)
These will include supporting him to generate quotas, invoices, update catalogs, handle shipping documents, write to government departments, apply for licenses, etc.
This role will also require to assist in personal admin for the director like booking plane tickets, accommodations, paying bills and such matters.
We are looking for a motivated, responsible individual who is intelligent and takes initiative.
