Job Responsibilities
. Draft, edit, and publish company copies, proposals, press releases, newsletters, memos, and reports in both English and Chinese.
. Manage internal and external publicity efforts to strengthen corporate culture and brand image.
. Operate and maintain WeChat official accounts and other social media platforms, ensuring engaging and relevant content.
. Develop content plans and adjust online operation strategies in response to market and industry trends.
. Handle corporate articles, Beijing HQ reports, and other communication materials for both Singapore and China offices.
. Provide full administrative support including daily correspondence, phone call management, filing, and documentation.
. Manage office general operations including equipment, supplies, and stationery procurement.
. Coordinate corporate travel arrangements such as flight bookings, visa letters, and hotel reservations.
. Oversee logistics coordination with stakeholders for meetings, events, and company functions.
. Facilitate the submission of operations-related reports to HQ in both Singapore and China.
. Support corporate entertainment and office general operations.
. Plan, organize, and execute company events such as staff engagement activities, corporate functions, conferences, and community outreach programs.
. Provide creative input for event communications such as invitations, programs, and post-event reports.
Job Requirements
. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Communications, Media, Business Administration, or a related field.
. Excellent bilingual writing and communication skills in English and Chinese (ability to draft professional articles, promotional content, and official correspondence in both languages is essential).
. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience in administration, corporate communications, or related fields.
. Strong skills in content planning, online operations, and social media management (WeChat, LinkedIn, etc.).
. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
. Proven experience in event planning and coordination (internal staff events, corporate functions, or external conferences).
. Good organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
. Able to work independently under pressure with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
. Preferably with experience liaising with senior management and external stakeholders, both locally and overseas.
