Key Responsibilities
Human Resource
Maintain employee records including leave, claims, and attendance
Support payroll preparation and overtime tracking
Prepare HR documentation (e.g. employment letters, confirmations, etc.)
Coordinate staff benefits such as medical check-ups
Assist in recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
Accounting
Process invoices and prepare payments for approval
Handle monthly bank transactions, including remittances and GIRO
Liaise with banks and external stakeholders on finance-related matters
Monitor and verify expenses to ensure accuracy
Support audit activities and documentation
Office Administration
Manage incoming mail and general office coordination
Order and maintain office supplies and pantry items
Coordinate insurance renewals and handle claims
Liaise with vendors including IT support for office systems
Organise company events (e.g. annual dinner, company activities, festive events)
Maintain proper filing of documents and records
Provide administrative support to management
Assist with ad-hoc administrative duties as required
