Senior/Admin Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to senior management, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office.
- Manage and maintain calendars for management, including scheduling meetings, coordinating client engagements, and organizing appointments.
- Attend internal meetings (e.g., staff meetings) and prepare accurate minutes.
- Coordinate all logistics required for meetings and events, ensuring seamless planning and execution.
- Oversee administrative arrangements for company meetings, activities, and corporate events.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to department managers and staff members as needed.
- Handle calls, messages, appointment coordination, and information flow manage filing systems, office supplies, and mail distribution.
- Conduct research, compile information, proofread, and prepare documents operate office systems and automated equipment effectively.
- Support various functional areas within the company as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Actively participate in the company's Continuous Improvement initiatives to reduce waste, minimize costs, reduce errors, and enhance productivity across operations.
Requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline, with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in managing travel arrangements and complex calendars for senior-level executives.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently, with strong time management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrates a high degree of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
