Senior Accounts Officer(Accounting & Tax Management Department/MNC)

Job responsibilities:

Operational Activities

• Trade - Prepare invoices, debit notes and credit notes
• Trade - AR collection clearing
• Trade - Review the double entries for trade-related transactions (e.g., AP, AR, and charges)

Financial Reporting and Taxation

• Handling all aspects of financial reporting matters and ensures timely closing

• Prepare internal consolidation packages for submission to the parent company on a quarterly basis

• Handling tax-related matters, including tax filings in Singapore, etc.

• Manage various financial related audits, such as statutory and tax audits

• Handle statutory filings, reporting and tax queries

• Undertake any other ad hoc assignments from time to time

Requirements:

• Possess a minimum qualification of Diploma in Accountancy

• Knowledge of SAP accounting software

• Proficient in MS Office applications

• Ability to meet tight deadlines
