Senior Accounts - JC

Job Requirements

• Responsible for yearly budgeting and forecasting.
• Manage working capital effectively by preparing monthly cash flow projections for all payables.
• Handling Periodical GST submission.
• Maintain GL and full sets of financial reports.
• Prepare all necessary documents required by bankers etc.,
• Review of legal documents/contracts and terms.
• Review of management accounts and related statutory reports in accordance with IFRS and local statutory requirements.
• Monitor and analyse monthly results/variances and perform financial review to directors, and report to Head Office.
• Liaise with company secretary.
• Prepare relevant schedules for financial report.
• Attend to Audit and Tax Agent's queries.
• Coordinate and responsible for statutory audit and company income tax, where required.
• Draft financial statements for respective entities.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting and tax regulations and timelines.
• Ensure that related companies adhere to the Group's policies and procedures in relation to finance and accounting related matters.

Job Requirements

• Experience in full set of accounts is a must
• At least 2 years of related experience in a similar accounting and finance profession
