- Assist with accounts payable and receivable

- Support in reconciliation and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Others ad-hoc admin duties
- Liaison with company secretary, and chartered accountants for full set audit preparation and submission in annual basis
- Management accounting audited statements
- Understand Singapore IRAS regulations and procedures
- GST and tax filing
- CPF computation
- Financial reports of company performance and sales forecast
- Administrative support for contracts, proposals and quote generation
- Proficiency in ABSS software (MYOB)
- Staff and HR related support with assistance for admin
Work Hours:
- Monday to Thursday
- 8.30am-6pm
- Friday
- 8. 30am-5.30pm
Salary package [all excluding OT and Levy]: SGD 3500-4000
