Senior Accounts Executive

• Position: Senior Accounts Executive

• Location: Kallang (1 bus stop away from Kallang MRT)

• Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,800 + $100 Meal Allowance + Performance Bonus

• Duration: Permanent

• Industry: Construction and Telecommunications

Main Responsibilities:

• Match and verify vendors invoices against Delivery Orders (DO) and Purchase Orders (PO)

• Process and post supplier invoices, expenses, and receipts accurately and timely

• Create and maintain vendor master records

• Prepare financial reports and accounting statements for subsidiaries

• Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns

• Prepare and maintain balance sheet schedules and reconciliations

• Compile and post daily sales reports

• Monitor and verify petty cash claims and reimbursements

• Prepare month-end closing reports, including Profit & Loss statements

• Assist in year-end audit exercises and liaise with external auditors

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent qualification

• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting and finance experience

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting

• Experience in handling full set of accounts is preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
