Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented SeniorAccounts Executive to join our finance team. You will handle day-to-day financial operations and maintain accurate financial records for our property management company in addition to driving asset reporting for the Group's core assets. Your work ensures full compliance with statutory requirements, local GST regulations, corporate tax, and annual filings

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Operations & Closing

  • Maintain a full set of property management accounts.
  • Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing per the group calendar.
  • Prepare monthly journal entries, bank reconciliations, accruals, and provisions
  • Maintain the Fixed Asset Register (FAR) for acquisitions, disposals, and depreciation.

Accounts Payable & Billing

  • Oversee Accounts Payable and coordinate invoice processing with outsourced agent, vendors and operations teams.
  • Verify, reconcile, and process claims and payments based on company policy.
  • Prepare bi-annual billings for shared common area costs

Audit, Tax & Compliance

  • Prepare monthly audit schedules and coordinate with external auditors.
  • Assist with GST return submissions and corporate tax computations.
  • Liaise with tax agents, auditors, and regulatory authorities.

Budgeting & Reporting

  • Support annual budgeting and forecasting by consolidating departmental inputs, assessing reasonableness and validating data against the assumptions.
  • Generate complete monthly financial performance reports for the property management subsidiary
  • Drive monthly asset reporting and operational variance analysis for the Group's core assets

Others

  • Undertake any assigned ad-hoc duties

Key Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, or a recognized professional qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience, ideally within the real estate or property management sector.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience with ERP systems (familiarity with Yardi is a strong advantage).
  • Strong reconciliation abilities, meticulous organization, and the drive to meet tight deadlines.
  • Clear verbal and written skills to work smoothly with internal teams and external stakeholders.
