We are a manufacturing company with a headcount of 15, looking for a dedicated and versatile Senior / Accounts & HR Executive to manage our daily financial, human resource, and general administrative functions.
Financial & Accounting Management: Handle full spectrum of Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), bank reconciliation, and cash flow management.
Reporting & Taxation: Prepare monthly revenue and P&L reports, quarterly GST submissions, and yearly IRAS tax submissions.
Billing Operations: Process both manual and e-invoicing based on customer requirements.
Daily Treasury Duties: Manage cheques, petty cash, and day-to-day transaction documentation using UBS accounting software.
HR & Administrative Management: HR functions and administrative.
Work Pass & Insurance Compliance: Handle Work Permit applications, renewals, cancellations, and related company insurance follow-ups.
Office Administration: Maintain internal communication, liaise closely with relevant departments, and handle general office administration or other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications: Possess an ACCA, LCCI Diploma, or a relevant professional accounting qualification.
Technical Skills: Proficient in UBS accounting software and MS Office applications (Word, Excel).
Experience: Proven experience in handling full-set accounting, payroll, and corporate tax/IRAS submissions.
Communication: Pleasant personality with strong bilingual communication skills (English and a second language) to liaise effectively with internal departments and external partners.
