• Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5:30pm

  Alt Sat, 8:30am-12:30pm

• Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience

Summary

Take charge of financial closing, GST, bank reconciliation, audit, inventory costing, and reporting to ensure accuracy and timely results.

What You'll Do

• Monthly & annual financial closing

• Journal entries & general ledger reconciliations

• Inventory closing & costing

• Stock provision review & posting

• Annual stocktaking coordination

• Supplier invoice verification & payments

• Guide junior staff & ensure compliance

• Maintain records & submit reports on time

• Support ad hoc business needs

What We're Looking For

• Finance/Accountancy qualification

• 2+ years accounting experience (full set & month‑end closing)

• Proficient in Excel & Outlook

• Calm, analytical, proactive mindset

• Integrity, professionalism, accountability

• Strong problem‑solving & attention to detail
