Job Responsibilities:
Handle full sets of accounts (AR, AP, GL, and bank reconciliation).
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including monthly and year-end closing
Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions
Maintain proper accounting records in compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Prepare monthly financial reports and schedules for management review
Ensure timely month-end closing and reporting
Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities on audit, tax, and statutory matters
Prepare sales invoices and manage accounts receivable.
Process vendor invoices and manage payment runs.
Process staff claims
Prepare and submit GST returns and related schedules
Review and ensure accuracy of general ledger entries entered to financial system as supported by documents eg. invoice, receipt, payment voucher, journal
Support ad-hoc finance and administrative duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in accounting
At least 3 years experiences, candidate with more than 3 years experiences in full set accounting will be considered a senior position
Familiar with Singapore accounting standards, GST, and statutory compliance
Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail with ability to meet month-end deadlines
