Senior/ Accounts Executive (Full sets accounts/ Tax/ Hybrid arrangement/ East)

• Working hrs: Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm (with hybrid arrangement)

• Location: Paya Lebar MRT

• Salary: Up to $4.8k + AWS + VB

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the full set of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and month-end closing.

• Prepare monthly financial reports and management accounts.

• Perform bank reconciliations and other account reconciliations.

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.

• Prepare and support tax computations, tax filing and other tax-related matters.

• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks and other external parties when required.

• Ensure accounting records are accurate and comply with relevant accounting standards and company policies.

• Assist with audit and statutory reporting requirements.

• Support other finance and accounting activities or projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.

• At least 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with full set accounts experience.

• Good knowledge and practical experience in tax matters and statutory requirements.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Pivot Table, Vlookup
