Job description
This role manages end-to-end accounting and finance operations for a growing Singapore entity, including financial reporting, compliance, and day-to-day HR administration. The position works closely with local leadership and group finance to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee full sets of accounts, including AP/AR, general ledger, reconciliations, and cash flow
Prepare management reports, budgets, project P&L, and forecasts
Ensure tax filings, statutory compliance, and support audits
Manage payroll, HR administration, and EP processes
Support special projects and ad-hoc assignments as required
Requirements
Minimum 8 - 10 years of relevant experience ideally from Construction / Engineering industry, candidate with prior project accounting experience will be advantageous
Knowledge of Singapore accounting, tax, and payroll regulations
Strong attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work independently
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
