Job Description & Requirements

• Handling full set of accounts including AR & AP.
• Monitor and prepare cash flow forecast.
• Responsible on the full spectrum of Fixed Assets functions.
• Preparing tax invoice and make sure payment is on time.
• Prepare quarterly GST e-submission, ECI and Form C submission
• Monitor and follow up closely on receivable and payable
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports
• Prepare monthly and year-end accounts closing
• Create or improve the finance policy and enforce it.
• Prepare and handling year-end statutory audits
• Other adhoc duties assigned by Management.
• At least possess Degree in Accounting or financial related field.
• At least 3 years experience in handling full sets of accounts
• Able to work independently
• Able to multitasking on job
