Senior Accounts Executive

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Accountant to oversee the accounting and finance functions of the company and its related entities.

The role includes handling a full set of accounts, monthly closing, management reports, GST filing, audit schedules, bank and cash flow matters, inter company transactions, inventory-related accounting, and liaison with auditors, banks, tax agents, and internal departments.

The candidate should be independent, meticulous, able to meet deadlines, and comfortable working in a fast-paced SME environment with multiple related companies.

We are a small SME environment. The role is hands-on and requires an independent, practical, detail-oriented candidate comfortable handling daily accounting operations, compliance matters, and ad hoc management requests.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of full set accounts, GST, audit, and reconciliations
• Good Excel skills and accounting system experience
• Able to work independently and supervise accounts staff
• Experience in trading, retail, jewellery, or inventory-based business will be an advantage

Salary: S$4,500 - S$5,500 per month, commensurate with experience and suitability for the role.

Working Hours: 9.00 am to 6.00 pm (5-day week)
