Senior Accounts Executive - 6 months contract

Financial Accounting

. Manage quarter-end and year-end closing activities for a portfolio of entities.

. Work closely with accounting shared services team in Thailand to ensure accurate accounting entries in Medius (Account Payable System).

. Ensure timely submission of quarterly consolidation package to consolidation team.

. Perform other finance-related tasks and assignments as required.

Audit

. Liaise with external auditors on audit-related matters for a portfolio of entities.

. Assist in preparing audit workings for financial statements of Banyan Tree Hotels and Resorts Pte. Ltd.

. Assist in preparing Agreed-Upon Procedures (AUP) workings for Group Reservation Business Unit.

Tax

. Liaise with external tax agents to facilitate tax filing for a portfolio of entities.

. Ensure timely submission of corporate tax and other relevant tax returns, and ensure payments are made on time and in compliance with applicable regulations.

Requirements

. Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualifications (eg: ACCA)

. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or audit.

. Strong understanding of financial reporting and tax filing processes.

. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.

. Knowledge of Microsoft Business Central accounting software is preferred.
