Job scopes
Operational Activities
- Trade - Prepare invoices, debit notes and credit notes
- Trade - AR collection clearing
- Trade - Review the double entries for trade-related transactions (e.g., AP, AR, and charges)
Financial Reporting and Taxation
- Handling all aspects of financial reporting matters and ensures timely closing
- Prepare internal consolidation packages for submission to the parent company on a quarterly basis
- Handling tax-related matters, including tax filings in Singapore, etc.
- Manage various financial related audits, such as statutory and tax audits
- Handle statutory filings, reporting and tax queries
Requirements:
- Possess a minimum qualification of Diploma in Accountancy
- Knowledge of SAP accounting software
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Independent, mature with excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Proactive approach in all aspects of work is essential
- Meticulous with an aptitude for figures and able to multi-task effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
