Senior Accounting Executive/Assistant Manager

About Company:

Our client was incorporated in 2016. It is a professional services firm that provides tax, accounting, and business consulting services to local and international clients operating in Singapore and across Southeast Asia. Their business encompasses a range of services, including cross-border business structuring, M&A advisory, regional expansion strategies, and transfer pricing matters, among others.

Job Description:

- Conducting Financial Due Diligence (FDD)

- Prepare month-end closing and annual financial statements for clients

- Financial accounting and reporting, including full set of accounts, AR and AP

- Ensure firm's service standards and reporting deadlines are met

- Liaise with clients, auditors, and tax agents on accounting, audit and taxation matters

- Ensure ongoing compliance with statutory requirements and professional standards (IRAS, ACRA, SFRS, etc.)

- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the company

Job Requirements:

- At least 3 years of experience in a professional audit and accounting firm, or having experience of performing FDD

- Familiarity with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)

- Independent, organized, and able to work collaboratively with colleagues

- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

- Willing to travel overseas, including Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Philippines for some projects purposes

- Basic knowledge and experience of tax computation

Compensation:

- Working location: CBD, Singapore

- Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)
