Senior Accounts & HR Executive
Job Overview
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Senior Accounts & HR Executive to manage the company's accounting functions while supporting basic HR and administrative duties. The ideal candidate should be independent, detail-oriented, and capable of handling finance operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Finance
- Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, bank reconciliation, journal entries)
- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software (Xero preferred)
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in month-end closing
- Monitor receivables and follow up on overdue payments
- Process supplier payments and staff claims
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decisions
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and corporate secretary
- Ensure compliance with Singapore accounting and tax requirements including GST and ECI submissions
Human Resource (Basic HR Functions)
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documents
- Handle onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Process monthly payroll and CPF submissions
- Track staff leave, attendance, and medical claims
- Support basic HR administrative matters and staff documentation
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience
- Familiar with Xero accounting software
- Basic knowledge of Singapore payroll and CPF processes
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Prior experience in SME environment is an advantage
