In-charge of the full spectrum of financial and accounting functions.
Oversee daily operations of the Accounting and Finance department.
Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports.
Analyze actual financial performance against budget, forecast, and prior year.
Coordinate annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes.
Plan and manage cash flow to support business operations.
Handle GST submission, withholding tax, statutory audit, corporate tax return, and transfer pricing.
Ensure compliance with Singapore accounting standards, IRAS regulations, and Group policies.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for business decisions.
Strengthen internal controls and risk management processes.
Participate in internal audits conducted by J-SOX team and support compliance initiatives.
Liaise with tax agents, auditors, corporate secretaries, and bankers.
Supervise, coach, and develop junior finance team members.
Participate in and support enhancement of business processes and systems.
Keep abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Degree in Accountancy and/or professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in accounting and finance.
Strong understanding of Singapore statutory reporting and tax requirements.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data analysis, financial modeling).
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is an advantage.
Exposure to J-SOX and internal control frameworks is an added advantage.
Good command of written and spoken English.
